q: how does your business work? a: clients engage our services on a monthly retainer (1, 2, or 3 days per month) and we spread those hours throughout the month to give them personal attention and frequent contact. we meet regularly with the company's ceo, president or senior vp. b: we offer independent software development (on-shore and off-shore) and clients engage our services on a project by project basis.
q: what kinds of things do you help with? a: we start with a scope or work and then customize this to each business' unique situation.
q: how do you set priorities? a: priorities are established and work proceeds on two tracks at the same time: "hot" issues (e.g. short-term crunch or potential deal) long-term projects (e.g. developing the plan or overhauling system.)
